I have been coming into Banyan for years and the service has always been top notch. The experience I had last weekend with Alex was amazing. He went well above and beyond to help us with our vehicle. Time was of the essence and the extra steps he took to made sure we got in and out as quick as possible. Alex literally waited after his shift was over to ensure that we were accommodated. Employees like him truly make the difference! Keep up the good work Alex!

Update: I have changed my rating from two stars to five stars. They were very responsive reaching out to me and we had a very pleasant phone call. I thank them for taking me seriously and resolving these issues. I have mixed feelings about this place. My first time coming here the lady at the front desk had an attitude. And I don’t appreciate the feeling of just because I don’t have a Gulfstream or citation I get talked to like I’m a peasant. Second time was a better experience no issues. Third time I came to visit my friend who owns jet runway cafe and tried to park by the restaurant. I got waved to come park over by the lobby. I turned to my passenger and said so because I’m a peasant I have to park all the way over here. I turned the plane off and the nice girl who met me at the plane in a golf cart I asked her why I couldn’t park over there and she said well it’s really for people with Gulfstreams… my joke became reality.

Best FBO in South Florida Period! *Updated as of March 2022* Still the best in South Florida without question - Special shout out to Pablo, Bobby, Barb & Lisa!! And I don't want to forget Sven!! Super accommodating employees that go above & beyond. The front desk staff is exemplary ✨ Really the standard by which all other FBO's should be judged. Beautiful, cleanly facilities with every thing & I mean everything a pilot or passenger needs. And again, customer service is 5 Star + 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Outstanding FBO 👍🏼👍🏼

Very posh. Very accommodating. Border services is not attached so international flights get bogged down there before getting to Banyan.
