This is the worst customer service and service team. I have reached out twice now to get my car serviced due to a check engine light. First time I took it in and was told the problem was fixed. Next time I turned my car on, the issue came right back- so clearly issue was not resolved. Called service and spoke to Shannon. She said she would call me back once she spoke to the service manager about being able to get me a loaner due to inconvenience and since this is something they DO NOT offer their customers (unless you want to wait 30 days and drive around with your check engine light on). I never heard back from Shannon. I called again a month later and I was told the SAME EXACT THING. Still to this day, Shannon nor the service manager has called me back, who I called to speak with a manager but they were “unavailable” but and never returned my call. Regret giving this dealership a dollar of my money. Audi west palm beach is the best and took my car in to fix Audi Fort Lauderdale mistakes and loaned me a car without a question. You say you are known for great customer service- but reply to every bad review on here with the same phrased paragraph.

Jeff in Sales is the man! Thank you for helping me pick out my dream Q5. Jeff was patient and kind & never seemed like I asked too many questions. Dealer wasnt pushy at all and test driving the cars was easy! I will be back for a 2nd Audi and will only come to ft lauderdale location to see Jeff. All documents were clear and understandable. No hidden fees and one dealer prep fee of $999. The Q5 drives so smooth and is like heaven when behind the wheel! Thanks again!

We spent 80k on a brand new q7 here and they gave us the car dusty with smudges on the back seat. their response was that it’s because the car was in the showroom so it couldn’t of been dirty. Windshield wiper fluid was empty after 1 use and when we called them all they said was that’s not possible. I understand none of these issues are major however it’s all issues that are easily within their control but they were not accommodating. This isn’t a used Honda from a used lot, it’s a brand new Audi and we expected better service than “hurry up and just sign the papers”.

My bf loves Audi vehicles so he went to buy a car at Audi. The sales agent David was more than phenomenal he explained and walked us through the process. He was very courteous and professional beyond words. His shift was over but he stayed behind to late to make sure everything was okay. David exceeded expectations and went above and beyond the call of duty to satiate our needs. We are happy with the purchase and also the terms. Now I have car fever and want my next purchase to be here. I highly recommend them. The place is clean and smelled great. The cars were made by Jesus and his disciplines fine tuned every details. While there I fell madly in love with the cars and its quality. They appear strong and the seats are sturdy and looks like they were built to withstand impact. Our car is the one without a bow we love it.
