My Sister in law set this up for me once she heard that my fiance and I had decided on a date. I can honestly say this was a very enjoyable experience with L&H! And i said Yes to the Dress!! I did go to other locations closer to where I live and came out very disappointed. I walked into L&H and already knew this was going to be a very fun day and made the dress shopping exciting again. I showed a few ideas of what I was looking for. I received instant help and undivided attention. I still receive follow ups for reminders and an idea of when the next steps will be taking place. Hello Lynette, No, we do not carry Betsy Adam dresses. We carry Adrianna Papell, Cameron Blake, Christina Wu. Gia Franco, Ivonne D. Nicole Bakti and more if you would like to make an appointment.
Please take note of our COVID restrictions: We have changed the amount of appointments in our store to comply with the CDC, State, and City guidelines. For the Safety of our Customers and Staff we will be limiting all appointments to ONLY 2 guests (you and 2 guests). We are also following the CDC and State guidelines with wearing a mask, social distancing, and the amount of people we have in the store at a time. We will ONLY be accepting people in the store with MASKS ON till further notice.
Most of the time, we have to order the dress from the manufacturer to your body description. Once this is done, the manufacturer will charge us. In this case, you would owe the full balance as we would owe the manufacturer. In the case where you would choose a sample dress, yes, we could give you a credit on another dress.
Hello Rita, Unfortunately, we do not have that dress in stock and it has been dis-continued so we will be unable to order one as well. So sorry.
