I read reviews about the communication and it’s true!!! As a potential tenant the lack of communication is horrible! I’ve sent several emails! Called several times and get nothing back!!! I’ve started email correspondence with a leasing agent and he hasn’t replied in days! Yeah it was worth a try!! I’ll move on to somewhere else!

I recently gave a 1 star review however their new maintenance staff is absolutely amazing. We had an issue today & the maintenance guy who came out was understanding, respectful & amazing! Management could communicate better & we’re still waiting on someone to fix our wet ceiling almost 2 months later after reporting it. Update; 3 months later & management is still horrible with communication & has no vegan to ignore our emails due to getting our ceiling fixed. We just moved in here in March & regret it. Maintenance is okay.

Paid rent only to be told that I didn’t and that I had to prove that I paid rent. Smh. Then when I go to sign a new lease. I went in person and they said there was none to sign. Only a month later to be told I never signed the lease….. on top of how bad these apartments are. The management is all over the place. They also threatened court if I could not provide proof I paid. If you pay with a check it’s an additional 50$. Or 4$ for money gram. Scams likely.

Honestly, I don’t hate it. It’s pretty quiet and peaceful for the most part. Pricing isn’t terrible for what every one charges nowadays. Maintenance is awesome honestly, they’re always very polite and pretty fast for Emergency calls. The office sucks at communication and answering the phone so good luck trying to get in touch with anyone there. New owner, same old thing. Parking isn’t too bad, there’s always a spot and it’s not off street. The complex itself is pretty big. I’ve seen some people speak of having issues with mice. I’ve had no issues with any rodents, only spiders and ants because of the trees👌 Pet friendly, but needs more dog-park and kid-park expansion in my opinion.
