My experience at The Wedding Factor was exceptional! From the moment I walked in, the service and atmosphere just blew me away. Lucy is amazing! She made the dress shopping process so fun and seamless. She helped me pick out the most beautiful Berta and was so helpful the entire visit. I talked to Lucy on the phone before visiting, so she already had an idea of the style and fit I liked and was prepared with dresses already picked out for me when I arrived. I cannot recommend Lucy enough!! I highly recommend this salon for any bride looking for their perfect wedding dress.

The day I found my wedding dress was incredible, but everything that happened once and after purchasing went incredibly down hill. Photos show my sample versus the dress they encouraged me to size up in. I had tried on a mermaid dress that fit my body perfectly, I was pushed to go a size up and the team promised they would contour the dress to hug my body with their master seamstress. Despite multiple appointments, the dress was baggy and bulgy in all the areas a mermaid dress shouldn’t be. (Photos of sample and actually dress provided) I initially told our salesperson I didn’t want to size up, but I was talked in circles to be convinced otherwise. When I came in for my seamstress appointments the experience completely changed. The seamstress wouldn’t speak a word to us when we initially arrived, she was extremely unfriendly. As was the team that coordinated my seamstress appointments. It was like once the sale was made the friendliness stopped. We were devastated over it and so uncomfortable. It was a night and day experience from initial try ons to getting the dress altered. Not only that, but the sized up dress was too large despite multiple appointments. The seamstress would huff and puff about the dress being to loose and falling down on me below the waist. Each time we asked for the dress to be taken in we were received with backlash that it would be too tight—but it was a mermaid dress that was hanging off of me. It’s important to note I didn’t lose any weight, I’m on medicine that actually stabilizes my body weight so that wasn’t there the case. It was simply their team encouraged me to buy a dress too big despite not needing too. Where it was taken in you could see the fabric bulges and it made the dress so much heavier. On my wedding day, the dress was hanging off of me in my hips and legs and was baggy in areas that a mermaid dress shouldn’t be. It didn’t hug me like the sample in my size. We had multiple appointments to try to fix this and it broke my heart they just didn’t allow me to purchase the size that fit my body better. The sample dress photos show that the floor sample snatched and hugged my body so beautifully (and yes I could sit fine) but on on my wedding day, this was not the case with the larger dress. The seamstress just could not deliver and I shouldn’t have been up sold to go up a size so they could profit off the seamstress appointments. I’ve worn mermaid dresses before and the bagginess below the waist never happened like this. Below I have two photos of the sample dress that was my size and then the wedding dress that was the size up that was extremely baggy.

My best friend found The Wedding Factor online and said that I should make an appointment because the shop looked super cute and had quite a few of the designers I had been looking at. It was one of the best decisions I've made throughout this whole planning process! I had my appointment July 30 with Lucy and she made me feel amazing throughout the appointment. There were several that I loved but then she pulled a complete showstopper of a dress and I knew that was it! Lucy listened to what I liked, what I started dancing in, and had some really great options pulled based on the questionnaire I had emailed over prior to the appointment. My entire experience with everyone at the shop was just incredible and I can't wait until my dress comes in! Their accessory selection is also great and I'm excited to try some more accessories with my gown! Thank you for making my dress shopping experience really perfect!

I went to The Wedding Factor last Saturday, and found my dream dress! I was really impressed with this beautiful boutique. My bridal stylist Iris was extremely helpful. Having filled out a questionnaire prior to my appointment, as well as sending in a few example photos of what I was looking for, Iris had hand selected a number of gorgeous dresses for me to try on that fit my style and budget. My friends and I had our own private dressing room and it was a warm, inviting, comfortable atmosphere overall. Iris was super friendly and patient as she helped me try on dresses and veils, some more than once! I ended up picking the very first dress I tried on, since it felt like love at first sight, just like me and my future husband! After saying yes to the dress, Iris picked out the most perfect veil for me and we even got to celebrate with photos and complimentary champagne. I am so excited about my WEDDING DRESS!!!!! This was an amazing day. Thank you, Wedding Factor and Iris!

Hello Markita. We recommend contacting a bridal store that specializes in selling pre-owned wedding dresses. Sabrina Ann & Carolyn Verdi and two stores that might be able to help you.
Hello Deborah. Unfortunately we do not purchase used wedding dresses. However, we recommend that you consider a bridal store that specializes in this market. We can think of Carolyn Verdi and Sabrina Ann as a good starting point.
