I concur! Many employees there are rude! They have no concept of what good customer service is! Often, I've observed, the phone rings and rings, and nobody answers it! That's happened to me! Their attitude says: we are there for them, not the opposite! ☹️

The.main store is open however certain departments close ...idk why everyone tripping just go at a time they are open in that department not that hard so put the instant gratifications away and go at a better time

depends on where you are calling and when. The are busy never having enough employees to be able to answer the phone and take care of customers, try calling really early in the morning or late at night. That's what i suggest. Best of luck.

You definitely need to call the front desk and talk to a manager. Normally bags found in the lockers at close of day end up in the security office or the cashier office. Hope this helps.
