Hello have been going here for years parking my semi rig on curb outside parking garage .Very convenient. Yet on Thursday had problems getting my shopping cart with a full basket to curb so i can unload and return to store. Heard there are sensors.

Right. Homeless people take them and use them and 20 years ago those things cost nearly $100 each.

They have sensors because so many of them become transport for people with no transportation.
