I had high hopes for this grocery store. I normally shop at Stop & Shop and I thought this would be better. BIG MISTAKE. I’ve been here about 3-5 times and EVERY time the produce here goes bad within a day of purchasing!! Even though the expiration dates are much longer. Idk what they’re doing but it’s not good. I even buy the same exact brands as I do at S&S but everhthing turns BROWN as soon as it’s home. DISGUSTING. Even their pre-made meals, meats, etc aren’t good. Plus they’re more expensive!!! What a rip off!! NEVER AGAIN.

All of the employees there ( except for one) are fantastic. The one employee is rude, and never nice. I would rather wait in line than go to self checkout if she is working. Other than that it's a great place to shop. Always fresh produce and meats.

I accidentally bought the wrong kind of tea I bought decaf from a previous visit. I had lost the receipt or thrown it out but I went to the customer service desk and it was no big deal at all they just told me to grab the kind I want and come back. Super quick super easy. The way it should be.

This Big Y is very efficiently organized and I can complete my shopping trip in under 30 minutes. The selection is good and I can often find a replacement for my item if it's not available. They've also recently introduced self checkout which can help when you just have a few items and you're in a rush. I love my Big Y!
