Terrible customer service. If the items are out of stock, why let me order? If you’re closing, don’t let me order. Lastly, if you’re going to cancel my order don’t do it with such a direct email. Perhaps accommodate to your customers needs or find an alternative solution. Incase you didn’t know, it was British Mothers Day yesterday and unfortunately I couldn’t be with my Mum to celebrate as I live abroad. I thought a curbside pick up would be a nice treat on her way home from work, but instead she was greeted by an extremely rude staff member who slammed the door in her face. My business will now be taken elsewhere, which is a real shame because I have used your services many times, especially during covid for those family members who were alone and needed a little pick me up when I couldn’t be there. You’d think the ongoing pandemic would make employers appreciate the business and welcome it with open arms.

Huge selection of whiskey. Great staff. Had me cracking up. There walk in old fashioned wood beer cooler very nice. I guess only I would admire that lol. Great prices. Grab yourself a bottle of anything.
