BUYER BEWARE: I ordered a coffee table that I was told would be in stock by the end of that week. Weeks later I’m still getting the same weekly excuse that it wasn’t on the truck and it should be next week. Spoke to the owner of the Midvale store and he told me that he never knows what’s on the delivery trucks. He stated that he has let employees go because they “can’t handle these types of calls”. He then proceeded to use bully tactics when I went in for a refund saying that “I think you’re making a big mistake” and that “You’ll be back”. I was handed a receipt for my refund and I left. If you are going to sell something make sure you can deliver when promised. Not give excuses and lies every time someone calls to check on their order. Also, if you couldn’t tell your bully tactics don’t work on me and now everyone knows what to watch out for. I honestly don’t know how someone runs a business like this.

We had a great experience buying our sofa sleeper from Action Home Furniture for our Airbnb unit. The hardware mechanism on the sleeper broke after only a few uses, which was disappointing, but things happen and we don't blame Action Furniture for the failure of the product. We were hopeful when told by Darwin and their sofa repair person that they ordered the mechanism and could repair the sofa. That was in May, almost 5 months ago.. Our emails for status updates have been ignored and when we called we were brushed off and essentially told tough luck. We're not even confident at this point that the order for the part was ever even made, but five months of a non functional couch has been too long. We are now pursuing the repair from Ashley furniture (manufacturers of the sofa in question) where I realize we should have purchased the sofa from in the first place. Action home Furniture is happy to take your money and sell you a nice sofa but will leave you dry if you have any issues with your purchase.

I just left Action Home Furniture after having a disappointing conversation with Darwin, the showroom floor manager. I was called a couple hours ago by Action Home telling me my entertainment center I ordered online was ready for pick-up. So I drive my truck 45 min to pickup my order. I arrive to Action and find out only 3 of 4 pieces are ready and the last piece is still weeks away. I was under the impression I was getting my entertainment system today because I need it for this weekend. I talk to Darwin and request a refund. They still have possession of the order. Unapologetically he say's tough luck. No refunds. You have to wait till the last piece arrives. Worse customer experience I've encountered. Waste of my time. And time is money $$$

We specifically bought here because the owner guaranteed that we would have our sofa by July 31st when we bough on June 27th. He gave us a 20 min. speech on how they're better than RC Willy and the pandemic hasn't slowed them down. Then he talked to us about his political views which was very annoying. When the time came for our couch to be delivered we only got 2 of the 4 pieces. They called and said it would be there by August 21st. So we waited 3 more weeks then called again. Then they said it would be there the next Monday. We didn't hear back for another week so I just called today and they said it still hadn't come in and that they will deliver next Friday "hopefully". I know it's not unheard of to wait this long, but I'm just upset that he got us to buy from him using a false guarantee. I called back today Sept. 2nd and the manager apologized for the experience we've had so far. I really appreciated that and they said it'll be here this Friday.

They are open from 10 am to 7 pm Monday through Friday, and open until 6 pm on Saturdays. It is a small business that is run by only a few people, in that short amount of time they are open they do a overwhelming amount of business, being open until 7 pm allows them to do enough business to succeed and not be overwhelmed.
