Had a great experience shopping for shoes here. They are not cheap but the shoes I picked feel worth every penny and Joshua that helped me pick them out was most pleasant to work with, he really knew what he was talking about and helped me to identify pronation in my feet all while providing a no pressure experience. They also have a free 3d scanner for your feet to accurately find your size, width and typr of arch. I would recommend shopping for your next running shoes here.

Not too long ago, Caroline from New Balance helped me find a great pair of running shoes. My visit to the store was a great experience, Caroline pulled out many options for me to try and listened to my specific needs to help me find the perfect pair of shoes. I have been using those shoes for a while now and to say the least, they are fantastic. They are exactly what I needed and I wear them all the time.

Josh was phenomenal and he deserves to be promoted and given a raise! Josh went above and beyond to get me into a shoe to help with my lower back pain from spinal stenosis. Josh was very helpful and knowledgeable. I will be buying all my shoes here from now on and will send everyone I know to go see Josh at New Balance in Fort Union!
