I lost my glasses in the ocean (long story) but when I called the vision center they had an appointment available the next day! I got new contacts that day and a new prescription for glasses. Very helpful and efficient staff

I am in my 60's and have had glasses since I was 8. The new glasses I just got from them are so scratched after 3 months that I have to get a new pair of lenses I literally can't see out of them. They said I dont know how to clean them properly. $400. Down the drain.

Went to inquire about an eye exam. Dr Martin had an opening so she took me right in. Was very impressed by Dr Martin's efficient and professional manners. She explained the various parts of the exam to me and answered other questions without me feeling rushed through it. Best eye exam ever!

Appointments are not a long wait at all, typically they have something available within a week or less and the doctor does take walk- ins when she can. They are fantastic!

It's so upsetting to know I place that I use to go freely that staff use to help with smiling faces and good heart now it not like that miss Bobby is racist. Person I have proof of a videos it show that she intentionally broke my son glasses. Without telling me first the risk .and also charging me 79 dollars. After to get another one wen I told her she broke it she refused and repeatedly minimizing my son glasses by saying over over again that it was cheap and it dont matter if we broke its cheap but still trying to charge me 79 dollars. And wen I refuse she try to call the police. Now my 14 year son dont have glasses thanks to Bobby. She is hateful racist people and will threaten you with the law if it doesn't go her way. Thank you miss bobby and I have all the videos proff.

Yes, I walked in and they took me right then and there.
No, you can use any cleaner as long as you know what treatments/add ons your lenses have (i.e. antifog, scratch resistance/proof, transition,etc..) and use appropriate cleanser for what you've got you can use any brand you want. Hope i was helpful! 🤓
