This is the worst Smiths I’ve ever been to. Rude and inconsiderate employees. I came in tonight at about 9:30 with a row of carts blocking the only entrance, however they were still open. At least put up a sign. No one here cares though. I’ll drive the extra mile for Harmon’s from now on.

Cunning MediaLab

I have visited this store daily for the last 4 days. Their drink section is horrible. Half empty and what’s there is a terrible selection. I don’t understand this because I know it’s not the Smiths employees to keep this stocked. These are vendor items and your vendors are letting you and your customers down. The sandwiches and salad section by the deli was very empty. The only well represented area by the fresh deli was the sushi bar. I will continue to visit this store for the next couple of days as I’m working a job that requires me to be close. Hopefully things can begin to improve.

One of the many I like to shop at. Not just clean but great customer service. Food is awesome. Cream Cheese Cinnamon Rolls. Go chiefs.

The meat guy was super friendly and super helpful. Security dude had a mask but his nose was out. I was able to find what I needed for the most part. I just moved into the area and I used to go to this store often years back. It has a different vibe to me maybe it’s the covid situation going on.
