I tried to schedule my pick up online. That was a disaster. I called the 800 number to schedule my pick up. The gentleman on the phone was wonderful. Very helpful and made it so much easier to return my test. Since this was an at home test it was important it was returned quickly. He was great and my test was picked up within the hour. They lady driver who picked my test up was equally as wonderful. Knowing by the box that it was a test being returned she also told me she hoped the results came back good for me. Great job ups your employees were so pleasant it made for a much easier day. Thank you!

Staff was very helpful and I was waited on rather quickly when I stopped to drop off 4 fairly large and heavy packages.

This UPS center LOST or my package took feet and walked.I ordered two nightstands from overstock.They went to Austinburg the SAME DAY.I was delivered one the other was out for delivery for three days..I filed a claim as it was NEVER DELIVERED.Now they closed my claim as they need more information..I have called them Three times.gave them Al the information I had but yet they can not find a box that is 3 feet high by 26" wide...This is very suspicious that a box this size can take feet and walk..Any big items I need delivered I am requesting FEDEX..This ups center is a joke
