The new owner Dave is great! I swore I’d stay away after dealing with the previous owner.. but heard there was someone new. Everyone there is great! Also. Pay for tape people… even McDonalds charges you for an extra BBQ sauce to dip your dirty little nugz in 🙄🙄

If i could leave them a minus 5 i would. Rudest customer service i have ever experienced !! I usually go to the bristol ct. location but i was close by … rudely told WE CHARGE FOR TAPE! ok. i was willing to pay for that .. my amazon returns were boxed and bagged but snapped at me because 1 item was not in an amazon box???? it was in its original unopened box though.. I ended up leaving and driving to bristol location! NEVER WILL I GO HERE AGAIN!

I don’t normally write reviews but this UPS store and its employees deserves 10 stars if i had the option to do so. So I’ll just get to it, because quite frankly my experience was very embarrassing , at no fault of my own. That being said- the owner, I believe his name was Dave… quickly turned my experience into what started out as humiliating, into a wonderful, hilariously funny.. tragedy. I arrived at the location to pickup my very discreet package, which I had shipped directly to this location, for myself to pick up. The owner offered to assist me with transporting my 55 lb package to my vehicle, as it was clearly heavy. However, I was in a hurry to get home to test out my new supplies & figured, if i can carry a 50 lb bag of dog food, heck - i can pick up & unload my 55-gallon drum of lube out of the UPS store & into my vehicle. Well… I should have let Dave assist me.. because as I attempted to put the package inside of my vehicle, I dropped it.... and 55 gallons of lube exploded all over myself, my vehicle and inside of my trunk. As I stood there mortified, praying to god that no one had witnessed what had just happened… I turned and see the owner Dave, who appeared to look confused as to what I was covered head to toe in- coming to my rescue as he must have heard the loud drum of lube explode outside his store. Long story short- Dave tried to run to my assistance, however - he slid... through a trail of lube, looking like my 90 yr old grandma going to fetch the mail only to hit black ice on her way down the driveway, and into the trunk of my vehicle. So there we were. The owner and I... covered in strawberry lube. Hey atleast it was flavored right… this could have perhaps been ideal for probably the most epic first date in history, however the owner mentioned he wasn’t sure how he was going to explain this one to his girlfriend and I explained that I was in an open polygamous relationship with my neighbors, so we cleared that up. Dave called for an employee to fetch paper towels and made what was probably the most awkward situation of my life, one of the most hilariously, unforgettable moments of my life. I will forever use UPS in prospect and I will always be thankful for Dave’s humor & professionalism given the circumstances. I later called the company i ordered from & explained what had happened at UPS that day with pictures, and they shipped another 55 gallon drum for free directly to my home. Thank god there were no further “accidents” or mishaps ... esp in my driveway when the new shipment arrived, as I did not want any amount of cars fitting in my garage- if you catch my drift 😅. SO THANK YOU TO THE OWNER & EMPLOYEES AT UPS in Prospect, you turned my nightmare into a comedy.. you were all very professional, helpful & treated me w/ respect. I couldn’t thank you enough for coming to my rescue and always providing top notch service !
