We bid on a passenger van on their Saturday 5/08/2021 "Spring Consignment Auction" We were declared high bidder and the purchase showed sold in our account. We called Monday to arrange payment and clerk who answered said they sold to someone else who offered $50 more than us and they made a "mistake" . This is very unprofessional in the auction business and I feel cheated. If I made a mistake as a buyer and accidentally bid on item , they would never let me opt out of purchasing. I asked few more questions to see how this could happen from professional auction company and clerk was getting frustrated and rude. I manage a dealership and purchased this for a specific client. Davis Auctions were not sympathetic nor offered any resolution. I would not trust Davis Auctions for buying or selling ANYTHING. if there a manager or owner is available please reach out if you have a solution to this matter.

It is open to the public and they said this is the last auction for the year maybe in the spring and all depends on covid-19. Go to their website and they might post it.
