Staff were polite but ultimately untrained. Their manager “Robert” was not on site. I had ordered a print job online several hours beforehand to make it easier for me to pick up and go. However, it wasn’t done, and no one in the store knew what to do, and I was told to wait another hour, which ended up being their closing time, because only the manager knew how to do it. The manager was called, didn’t ask for a confirmation number or my name. I come back and find that another document (not mine) was printed out, and there was confusion about whether I sent anything at all. Then, the manager was called again. He opens up a public computer remotely (where someone was idling), opens my document on the screen, and I have to confirm that it is mine. I get that this isn’t some beacon of absolute privacy/security, but literally everyone could see what was being printed out. Some of the stuff was sensitive information that I would have really preferred not broadcasted in the general customer area. Overall, poor experience. I feel bad for the workers because I was frustrated (I didn’t yell or anything, I just wasn’t very pleased), but the point of doing things ahead of time was for me to have a convenient stop.

Change your open hours. It’s been like this before the pandemic it’s not hard to change your hours on Google so they can be accurate for your customers! You have never been open at 8 AM in the morning for almost 3 years now!

Employee was nice but manager was rude.no one is was in the store and they refused to do a simple 1 min notary. Do not go here, go to postal annex.
