Carlos, the Master Automotive Technician, was my true Angel yesterday. I just moved here 2 yrs ago and to find a business that treated me with respect and who had moral concern was refreshing. He treated me like family. I just got a new transmission at the dealership and immediately upon picking it up it was making a loud strange noise. I brought it back to them the next day and they said they tightened something and then proceeded to tell me about different problems with the car. I brought my Nissan to Midas for a second opinion. In Carlos’s finding the dealership never put in transmission fluid. Crazy to hear it, but how does it happen. He personally called them, had them come out and bring me a rental and tow my car back to be fixed by the dealership. In any other shop, business could have gone a different way. He was kind, concerned and honest. I thanked him for his findings, his respect and for his dedication to his craft. It was the brightest part of my day feeling a human connection in someone else’s work. He asked for nothing in return, but I know I will be returning for anything automotive related.
