Fiancé got called Tuesday confirming for an appointment on Thursday. She shows up on Thursday, receptionist say the appointment is not on the system. Therefore she had to leave untreated. This establishment is a disgrace to the medical field.

This place doesn’t need to be opened and doesn’t need to be collecting state or federal resources! I’ve been calling for over 3 weeks to get an appointment Supposedly they always have an answering service who answers and the office staff is supposed to call back. They never call back. They never follow up! How are you working in health care and failed at the most common basic issues concerning people health. This is beyond ridiculous! If you can answer calls and service people then close TF down!

terrible this clinical first they never answer for an appointment. second thing the staff is rude and they are not efficient and rude. They lack professionalism and empathy with patients, I do not go back and I do not recommend it. they don't like to work
