At the beginning the experience with the sales person was good then everything else was one of the worst purchases of my life. They brought the wrong size mattress, customer service was really bad on the chat, phone, everywhere. They finally delivered the right size mattress but they said they couldn’t take the old one even when I paid for premium delivery! Long story short they don’t want to return the delivery fee for a job they didn’t complete and this is the last time I buy something from them. Horrible experience.

my bed arrived incomplete They are going to send another one on Wednesday the 30th while I have nowhere to sleep because they had to leave the space empty for them to assemble the new bed. I will have to miss work on Wednesday because there is no delivery for afternoon hours. I am upset

Terrible place. The quality is bad! Bought a bed and they sent me a piece of the bed, still waiting for the other parts. Also bought a mattress 12" and it never got that height. Let me add to this that after a long fight I didnt get my money back, all I got was a store credit and I had no option but to buy another thing there.I bought a dinning table and what I received was a broken table and scratched chairs.I think this is unacceptable. This company doesnt respect their customers. Worst experience ever, if I combine all of the bad customer experiences with other companies still wont add it to what I have gone through with City Furniture.

No we do not. But we do have a lot of good quality beds. twin, full and even bunk beds.
Hi! All associates wear face masks, stand 6 feet away from each other and guests in order to practice social distancing standards, and the furniture is sanitized before and after testing. Our guests are required to wear a face mask to enter the premises and also stand at a safe 6 distance away from our associates and other guests. Thank you!
