From booking the appointment, to driving off the lot. 5 stars! Your service staff was so friendly and caring. And talk about timely. My appointment was for 9am, i was out no later than 10:30am for a trans service to my '12 Camry. Very knowledgeable technicians, the waiting area was perfect with plenty of seating and a cafeteria in case you get hungry. So happy to have chosen to come for service here. They even did a quick inspection and provided the condition of what was inspected. I prefer to do my own repairs, but if i must let another shop take care of it, itll definitely be at Kendall Toyota. And for the young lady at the service side that helped me throughout each step, THANK YOU. (2012 Black Camry for trans service)

I'd rate covid practices at kendall toyota 5 of 5. Bathroom usage one person at a time, every table and corner has a hand sanitizer, employees keeping parties/customers separated with appropriate distance.

It is very useful to put it and if at any time you refinance the car with another bank when you get the letter from the previous bank saying that you no longer have debt with them, you take that paper to the dealer and request what is left of the gap and they will refund it to you
