This market is awesome! I'm not from here so being able to see a place with fresh and authentic ingredients is uplifting and exciting. Keep up the great work!

The Butter Star cookies at the 99 ranch market bakery are not good, please do not buy them. There is no butter in the cookies and it's very dry. In the past, the butter cookies tasted good. But now, they are poor quality and the employees do not put much butter or oil. The flavor is not delicious and the cookies are dry to eat!

The shopping cart is so dirty! The workers are lazy and do not sanitize the carts after bringing them back. Other supermarkets clean their carts and wipe them. For example Target or Safeway would always sanitize their carts. This should be a professional business. Also the cashier do not want to bag your items in the plastic bag. The customer would have to bag their own items because the cashier would only scan the items and handle the money. This is not right. They should help the customer bag the items or hire more employees to bag the customers item. The manager and supervisor also are standing in the front and don’t help customers bag their items. They only look at people and check customers when they get out to see if they steal anything. Very rude customer service

The Banana Nut Pound Cake at the 99 ranch market bakery does not taste good! There are white egg shells inside the cake, very unsanitary. The cake was also so dry and not easy to swallow. The bakery does not make quality food. Sheng Kee bakery products are way better but they exclude the coupons from those and make us buy bad quality 99 ranch market bakery products!
