It's a nice little gem... I've read some negative reviews on the staff here. There are several cultures that frequent this library. So yes sometimes a voice gets raised out of misunderstanding. It's not that the workers are meaning to be rude. I'm almost sure its more of a cultural mishap and a little frustration. Be patient and you'll get your help and more. If a silent library is more your type keep moving or come back when kids are not at play. As this library holds many events featuring children... It's also next to a park.
