Awful place, disrespectful, and did not care for my sister for a work injury. Stephanie Banks, PA-C did not do her job to take care of my sister and did not listen to her concerns. How can someone go to work the next day after a work injury when they cannot drive or walk? It’s been 2 weeks, now her foot is swollen and is not going down. Highly do not recommend at this place or Stephanie Banks, PA-C.

So sad that an urgent care will not provide care or even see a patient if they don’t provide a negative PCR for Covid! I have a bad cold and cough that doesn’t go away so I visited this place today to seek care right away and the first thing they asked me was if I had a negative PCR. When I said no, they said they couldn’t see me and they don’t offer testing! How can they call themselves urgent care if they don’t provide care? I had tried to call them before going o make sure they were open, but their automated system never gets you a live person, so no service there either.

Great service, friendly employees, paperwork all put together and correct. Seats in the waiting room/seating area were filthy which surprised me especially during Covid. The exam room had vinyl tables and seating but were ripped up and dirty. If they had plastic seats to wipe down and clean I would’ve given them 5 stars or 10 instead of a 9.
