I have been a loyal and happy customer with Braman Honda for many years I mean many years. My family call us “ The Honda Family”. That’s how loyal of a customer I have been. Today I have a bitter sweet feeling for this Place. I went for help in seeing if the General Manager could’ve help me , but all I received was the worse service ever from Carlos the GENERAL MANAGER . What a bad feeling. PEOPLE BE CAREFUL!! They may provide an Five Star Customer services because it’s money they are making. When it comes in a helping hand nothing. What I’m trying to have my word heard is that. My car has been in a Body shop for almost four months for just one seatbelt part missing. No One has a clue when I will received the part or if we will have the part in stock soon. I’m so sad how my case has developed. If you’re car gets into a accident they Don’t have enough inventory to process a claim faster. Service has changed completely. :(.

This is my 3rd visit here and still no help. The 1st visit was to get my car evaluated for work. I saw a BMW that was newer than my Honda and although it was used I was still interested but not one person asked me if I needed or wanted any help. The 2nd time I dropped off my car for service and while waiting saw the same BMW still, same place same position and still not one sales person asked if I wanted to see the interior(it was locked). So today I'm back to get an alignment and I'm waiting inside and still not one sales person asked me if I would like assistance. Service dept. gets a 10 but all the sales people just standing around like in the photos are a negative (-)10. These are from today 03/23/2022. I even ask a table of gentlemen if they worked here and one looked up from his phone and said yes and went right back to whatever was more important than me and my #cash. I'm still here but I would never purchase a car from this dealership.....
