At first manager and sales representative super attentive, persistent and willing to make the sale. Then I decided to Purchase the 2021 Buick Enclave on Monday January 17, since prior to doing the financing I was asking about the second key of the vehicle, sales man, financing all said they will get the key. I did the financing signed all the paper work and asked about the second key, then I was told there was just one key and that they would have to contact the previous owner to see if they can get a hold of the second key. I was super upset since I kept asking about the second key before doing any deal, and coincidently they waited till after to tell me that there is no second key and they would need to locate the previous owner to see if there is one. Working for customer service myself, I can’t believe being the actual dealer that I can’t be provided with a second key right away. Almost $50k in a vehicle and I have follow up constantly to see if there is any updates on the second key for the vehicle. I can’t believe everything that needs to be done to be provided with the second key which is something that should have initially been giving with the sale of the vehicle. Was also told the car was just serviced, and car is showing 22% oil life and tires low in air. Just not happy at all.

If you want to pay for dealership pricing this is a decent place to get your work done..sometimes you do have to be on top of the service advisors which then be slacking communications with the actuall Technician..but if you put everything down on paper the 1st day in and not call back to put things u then remembered you would be alright...again if you want or need of a dealership mechanic price stand point of view..this is an alright shop to get work done...DO GO OVER ALL YOUR WORK BEFORE AND AFTER YOU GET IT DONE AND CHECK FOR INFRACTIONS LIKE SCRATCHES DENTS AND SO ON..

Know what my hole has four cars from and know because my credit has drop o and by the way this lease we have we have not missed not one single payment at all o and they promised they would not leave us without a vehicle so you know what their liars yes liars big time and it's in there hands to help we even said we would not lease but buy a 2019 vehicle so yes very disappoint in there action O we have four vechicales
