Love that it motivates me to push myself harder. I don't have to preplan a workout just show up and follow the lead. The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful!

Called three months ago to cancel my account I was told that it would be easier to freeze my account and that the month I already paid for would be able to be used once my account is unfrozen. I call to cancel and all of a sudden I have to pay one more month even though I still have one month of classes that were never used. When I ask what happen to those days I was told by Lourdes that "it must have been a miscommunication." I do not recommend and will never renew my membership with any orange theory period.

I had my first class at this location yesterday and let me tell you, it was so much fun!!! The front desk staff is BEYOND amazing. They were professional, kind, and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. Alex was my trainer and she is SO GOOD! She kept me motivated, coached me in the moment to improve my form, and went over my stats with me after the workout! I highly recommend coming to this location. It’s truly a gem!

Unknown Unknown

For starters, I'd like to remain unknown as I'm a constant client to the studio. Throughout the years, I understand that sales associates come and go. However, its unfortunate that I've been coming for four years and I've never met someone with such a lack of sympathy, unenthusiastic and communication ability. For instance, when he takes the temperature he's very dry and rude, not even offering a good morning like all the other employees do, which is good customer service. When asked a question in regards to the Gym, its always an "aha?" "huh" "what?" response. Please fix this before people start cancelling their memberships, as there is a lot of talk about it. Love Coach Tony's classes, but I feel like there should be a bigger variation of coaches for us to pick from. Other than that, everyone else is wonderful. The coaches are phenomenal, I love taking Coach Chris' classes. Both Tabi and Carlos are great managers, and run the place efficiently. Jess, Emily and Oscar are fantastic, they really show what customer service should be about and make us feel part of the Family. Thank you, and I hope you guys take this seriously with the new hire.
