My trainer Lucas is fantastic. Every single trainer there is amazing and extremely nice. They all support each other instead of in competition with each other. Physical therapy next-door is also fantastic with Lauren and Elise. Everyone who works there is extremely knowledgeable and always learning more to better suit their clients

Great studio Regine, my trainer is professional, knowledgeable, with patience but loving toughness in only four months my body has changed completely the way I move has improved a lot thanks to all the corrective excel uses and stretches prescribed after the assessment performed on the first appointment

Love this facility! I've trained with Felix Flores for 3 years now. I've also trained with the other trainers at the gym. They are all extremely knowledgeable and LOVE what they do. One of the great things about training at DBC is they cater to everyone. These trainers are truly amazing, knowledgeable and know what they practice.

Mostly cables and bumbells and all traings are one on one. With very informative trainers. Need good info ask for the head trainer david he has workouts for all body types.
