If I could give 10 stars I would. I’ve been a CKO member for 5.5 years and here in Miami for almost a year. This is the absolute best gym, best CKO location, best set of trainers that you will find anywhere. I started coming in 2017 when I would visit on vacation and from day 1 I knew I needed to be a permanent member of this location. The energy is unmatched by every single trainer here, something not often found elsewhere. The owner, Fernando, is the most welcoming human and makes you feel like part of the CKO family immediately. The trainers are the spotlight- Amy, Jay, Rodney, Christian, Dominic, Matt, and Adam are my regular go-to’s but I guarantee no matter who’s class you walk into, you’ll leave feeling on top of the world. From the cardio to boxing to weight included exercises, you get a mix of everything here. It’s all you need in a gym. Their kickboxing experience is the best I’ve ever seen, so you’re getting a good sweat but also learning proper technique and form at the same time. There are few guarantees in life, but joining CKO, putting in the work, & looking and feeling better is one I can put money on. If you want to invest in your health and happiness- join CKO Brickell and thank me later.

Just moved to the area and wanted to get back into living a healthy lifestyle. CKO is the best place to start !!! I tried the free class and the trainers are very personable and knowledgeable. I NEVER had any gym intimidation being here. If you want to have fun and get a good work out this is absolutely the place to go, plus you’ll meet great people !!!! Having gone through multiple gyms (through classpass and other kickboxing gyms) in the Brickell/Downtown area, I can definitely say that CKO has been one of my favorites. Friendly staff members, and highly energetic/enthusiastic instructors make you feel at home. Each class is different depending on the instructor and you'll definitely get a good sweat going. You'll get pushed to do your best, but also reminded to do what you can within your limits. Highly recommend this gym and encourage to take as many classes with all the awesome trainers! (Shout out to those who've given me a beating in the past and present Adam, Amy, Dominic, Matt, Paula and Rodney!)

Hello Anahi, thank you for contacting us. We have different packages that vary according to your objectives. To start, it would only be $ 29.99 for the first 3 classes and includes gloves.
Since everyone has their own heavy bag to workout on and goes at their own pace, our classes are geared for all fitness levels. Our certified instructors are trained to motivate and push each member to their desired results.
Yes, we offer co-ed kids classes. Every Monday & Wednesday at 4:15pm. Ages between 5 to 11 years old.
The majority of our members have never taken a kickboxing class prior to coming to CKO. However, they get addicted to the workout quickly
Since you will be punching a heavy bag, you will need to protect your hands with boxing/MMA gloves. Feel free to bring your own or we have a variety of gloves available for purchase at the gym. Wear loose fitting, comfortable gym clothes. We guarantee you’re going to sweat. Therefore, shorts will probably be a good option. You will not be permitted to participate in a class unless you are wearing sneakers/tennis shoes. Please bring a towel and you will definitely need water or some type of sports drink. These are also available for purchase at the gym.
Our Trial Class is available for first time guests only. If you would like to take advantage of this one time offer, you may sign up directly through our website at www.ckomiami.com under class schedule. Plan on arriving 15-20 minutes before your scheduled class time. Once registered, you will be provided with an orientation of the punches and kicks you will be using throughout the class. Our classes are geared so you can “go at your own pace” so there is no need to be intimidated. You’ll love the CKO experience!
Each class is 1-hour in length and offers a total body workout. You will sweat, de-stress and enjoy exercising more than ever.
We offered two parking alternatives: Parking meter in the street or you can valet parking at Neo Vertika locates at 690 SW 1st Court. We validate you the ticket, you only pay $4 for 2 hours parking.
