I come here for accupuncture. Unfortunately they are only offering it for pain and done in the ear only. I'm not seeing results. I used to get it all over the body for insomnia, anxiety and pain and it really helped. I'm disappointed that they don't offer this at this time.

I am in waiting list to see a doctor for 4 months and I am not satisfied from Kaiser service. I reached out of Kaiser for my problem because they didn’t schedule me for appointment for more than 4 months. I really want to change my insurance because of bad services.

I have been here three times and two out of three times I have had unpleasant experiences. The first time started simply by the doctor leaving the building before I event got thete because there was no other female available to accompany him for the appointment (I hadn't asked for this). Would've been nice if they told.me about that before I cancelled meetings at work to make sure I'd be there. The second time is actually right now as I write this review! I've been waiting for over 30 minutes to be seen for my accupuncture appointment!! The staff is leaving and I'm still waiting. No apologies. Nothing. Unfortunately, my experience with even the other location has been the same with doctors north of 45 minutes late.

Waisted my time and money with a physical therapy appointment for an upper back problem. All I got for 65$ was a list of some exercises I have to do and a promis they will call and check on me in 2 weeks. Are you kidding me? I can get that list of exercises free online. Have you heard of internet... google is of a much better use in the last 3 years that you ever were. Thanks a lot Kaiser Permanente

Not at Arques Medical offices. Call Advice Nurse for next available appt. at whichever Kaiser location has one available Worked great when my son broke his elbow, and I called Kaiser after picking him up at the Skatepark. We got an appt 2 hours later. We did not need to wait at the E.R. (full of sick coughing people), nor pay the much higher E.R. co-pay. Actually we went home, splinted it, iced it up, and got a change of clothes, something to eat (and for me to read while I wait), THEN went to Kaiser. A much more relaxing experience.
