When my car came in, the process of completing the purchase was really smooth. This was my first time at the Ford dealership at any dealership in general and they made it very easy for me to obtain the car I desired. Firstly I have to thank sajak sherchan for seeing me and my dad and approaching us on a vehicle we were interested in getting. Once inside it was very simple to understand and he answered any questions I had. He was extremely helpful throughout the entire procedure. The process took long but felt very quickly that I hadn't noticed how long we were there for, sajak and Luis Ramos made the experience enjoyable for my first time there.
