It would be a nice place to live if it were not for the noise level of the upstairs tenants and the maintenance issues. Maintenance requests take several weeks to get somebody into the apartment to fix an item, and most of the time it is a half a**ed job which requires multiple maintenance requests for the same issues. Holes in walls are painted over instead of repaired, windows are old and cause mold/water seeping issues, caulking jobs are not done properly, etc. Then we have the issue of an older building with fake hardwood floors and no sound barrier between levels. I can hear every single footstep from the multiple upstairs tenants as well as hear them in the restroom which is disgusting. I’ve made multiple attempts and nothing has been resolved and it gets worse with each new tenant. Could be a nice place if it were not for these very large issues. How unfortunate

Been a resident here for the last 2 years. Would strongly advice you to stay away from this community. Previous leasing staff were awesome, but current staff don’t even care to respond to your emails or concerns. We had some serious plumbing issues and were told not use one of our bathrooms until the maintenance is over. They took nearly a month to fix it each time.

I stayed in Avana for about 3 months and while the stay is ok, THIS PLACE WILL GOUGE YOU WITH MOVE-OUT COSTS. When we moved in, the entire apartment was in a pretty grimy state. One of the bedrooms had a putrid animal waste smell in the carpets that left permeated the entire apartment. This left the apartment literally unlivable for about a week as we request multiple rounds of carpet cleaning since they refused to replace the carpet. Even after, we had to purchase our own cleaning tools to clear up the residual stench. It's clear that they do not sufficiently evaluate the readiness of the apartment before move-in. Moreover, there were other issues such as the carpet having tons of hairs/fur, fridge stenches, spiders in and outside of the unit. However, when we moved out, Avana still had the audacity to charge us $200 for cleaning, even after we had cleaned the carpets and wiped the surfaces to a state that was literally cleaner than when we had moved in. We had also (I admit, mistakenly) left some floor adhesives in the bathtub. These adhesives literally could have been removed by hand, yet Avana charged us $400 for a full tub resurfacing. Ridiculous.

Good society with all the required amenities. Maintenance & Office staffs are polite and quick to respond. Apartment's issue for Kitchen Drawer, AC filter, Circuit breakers were fixed promptly by Eduardo [⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ service]
