Worst customer service I have ever had to deal with! Called the office multiple times, asked them to send me a receipt with all the fees, provided them with 2 email addresses. Never gotten anything from them. The guy who works there Sam is very unprofessional. He will hang up on you, never call you back. Asked him to call me and let me know if the car has been released. That never happened either! If you are visiting Miami, please take my advice and DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. This place is so corrupted and not loyal to their customers!

The car that we rent was clean in general everything was excellent; Sam the manager was very helpful.. For sure I will rent a car with Avis again.., excellent customer service.

Sam and Carlos do a great job given the difficult temporary working environment. Have always gotten a car quickly (considering the cars are kept offsite) and car has always been spotless. This is a consistently excellent location. Sam also gives valuable, customer friendly advice which is all too rare these days.

I was pleasantly surprised at the high level of customer service provided. Especially pleased by Sam at the front desk, who at the last moment was able to find me a baby seat at another location and bring it down to current location. Even when waiting for my car I observed that Sam was always professional, calm, and took extra care answering everyone’s questions.

Hi. I rented a car on 10 January till 12. Chrysler Pacifica. Still don't have any deposit returned. Can you explain? And also can you explain why the operation was in euro not in dollars? That was very inconvenient for me.

By now You should have your deposit returned to your credit card and normally all the purchases and charges are done with the currency of the country were you use your credit card but they always use the present currency exchange.

Most businesses don't use WhatsApp in the US. I recommend calling the number directly during business hours.
