Aug 6, 2021 I made the reservation for pickup at Burbank and drop off at San Diego, but your system changed it to the same pickup and drop off location. I was extremely busy and did not expect this when I completed the reservation, so I did not check my email confirmation which had this message. Even on explaining this to multiple folks and managers, my request was not even given an merit and it felt as I was lying to them. I was charged an additional amount of $85 without any consideration. I could have easily gone with a different company which was giving me a car at a much better rate than what I ended up paying. Aug 31, 2021 - I would like to provide an update here. Avis did get in touch with me after I posted my review. The person who I exchanged emails with did understand my problem and helped me with a refund for the additional charge.

I had the best experiance at this rental....victor took great care of me.....would recommend 10 out of 10....a lot of nice, clean cars!!!! Lots of selection...and great great service!!!

The gentlemen at this location were very nice and friendly. Great customer service with quick pickup and drop off of vehicle. Cars were well maintained and clean. The location is a little small but they still have a great selection of vehicles. Will rent from this location for business and personal use moving forward.

This place does not even worth a star! They keep pushing for upgrades and love to sell the unnecessary things when you don't even need it. The customer service SUCKS! It's basically no service! The sales person was super nice to me at the beginning but when he realized that his up sale and upgrades won't work with me, he stopped smiling. He was so rude towards the end. I rented the car at 10 p.m and returned it at 10:50 p.m the next day. They charged 38 dollars for full day plus 28 dollars for being one hour late! It was not even an hour! Beware of that when you are renting a car from them! I rented a car from enterprise for two days, their price for 2 days was $58 and I returned the car half a day late! They did NOT charge me for the 3rd day! I paid 58 dollars for 2 and a half day with an amazing customer service! This place , charged me a total of $98 for 1 day and one hour!!!!!!! and HORRRRRRRIBLE service! Stay away from them!
