15min after getting off our flight we had the keys to our rental and we’re on the road. We reserved a standard SUV but they were out of them, so they upgraded us to a premium SUV at the same cost of the standard.

They accept some visa cards but not all ,mostly credit cards. No flight ticket needed but the airport locations charge another fee other locations dont which is about $30-40 more then other locations
Unless you booked as a one way rental you must return to sane location. I would call the 24 7 number to ask specifically tho
I know you can as I have done this very thing. The cost varies by receiving airport. You will definitely need to contact the rental company to determine the cost. Last time I did this was pickup in SFO and drop at BUR to drive the Coast highway. It was about +$100. I am sure vehicle inventory at either end impacts this.
