EDIT Big Z reached out and very kindly offered a coupon and a promise to pack my fur more properly. I took the offer and ordered another length of fabric, which was folded nicely and properly with no extraneous wrinkles. I thank Big Z for the cooperation and will continue to order from them. The package came early and I'm satisfied with the color, packing, and quality of the fur I ordered. ORIGINAL REVIEW Great quality fabric, but the packing Is atrocious. My fur came in wrinkled, and I'll have to de-wrinkle it -_- big z, I've had packing problems with you all before. Please reconsider how you pack things. Fold the fabric nicely and make sure it FITS THE BOX before you CRAM IT IN! This is enough for me to want to take my business elsewhere.

Honestly Big Z is so good. I've ordered fur from both Howl Fabrics and Big Z this past month and Big Z is on their A game! They always ship out quickly, the quality of the fur is good, the pictures do their best to match the in person coloration of the furs. I'm STILL waiting on my Howl Fabrics order and Big Z got their stuff to me efficiently. Everything is packaged so nicely, the prices are in an affordable range. I always recommend buying from Big Z !

Just love the faux leather to cover my chairs. It is wonderful better than anthing I have found. I found this company when looking for leather for my niece to upholster her vanagon (she loved it and saved hundreds). Will be back again and again.

Company has no concern for doing good business. I ordered a “charcoal denim” and received a NAVY blue slack material. Not charcoal and not denim. Lorena H does not care to retain business by working with a new customer in any fashion. BUYER BEWARE. they also tried to pass the buck onto their manufacturer as if they are not responsible for how they do business. I won’t need to order from them again and I suggest you only spend what you can afford to gamble on with this company.
