Avoid using this location. Naz, the front desk agent was ineffective in assisting any of the persons who had scheduled rentals including us. Be aware, you cannot use a bank card, that’s right, you cannot use your bank Visa if it is also a debit card. The courtesy and professionalism is lacking tremendously.

Aside from the escalator not working (not exactly on Hertz, but an odd situation regardless), the staff at Hertz was helpful and got me in and out in no time! Car was in great condition, and suited my purposes perfectly. Rental car return was also pleasant.Thank you!

This particular Hertz location is particularly unreliable. It is common to show up and though I made a reservation and I am in the elite traveler program, but, no cars. Today I showed up and the computers were down. This has been a consistent problem for over two years. I know Hertz is dealing with bankruptcy, but this is getting frustrating and has resulted in me renting from other companies recently.

Had great experience here. Rented a car last week with my friends and family. Special thanks and shout-out to Customer service representative Naz. She made the whole process smooth and fast. She was very detailed and kind enough to explain a lot of things. Which helped me in taking decisions faster. Would highly recommend this place. Thank you Naz and team.
