Worst place for rental. I wait about 30 minutes . Because the employees are to slow . I wait the shuttle about 20 minutes . . Then 2 hours because they don’t have clean car or someone to clean it . This it’s just ridiculous!

I arrived at noon to rent my pre-paid full-size vehicle and didn’t get into my car until 2pm. I waited 2 hours for this rental and when I got into the car, hungry, tired and frustrated it smelled like cigarette smoke. I couldn’t spend any more time there so I didn’t walk back up to the service desk to report it. I called in to report the smoke and no one from Customer Service was available. Only reservation agents were available & they said they did not have the ability to make a note in the system that the car smelled like smoke. Being that smoking in the vehicle is against their policy I sure hope this was noted in the customers file who rented the car before me. Not a great experience.

Truly this is a company from hell. I want to change my drop off location and no agent knows what is going on and I just get bad and contrary information.

Long line to receive the vehicle. There is NO benefit for having prepaid it.

You have to walk down past terminal B and then across the elevated walkway to the car rental. If traveling with family it's easier to leave them at the terminal and pick them up after you get the car. As you leave the rental complex turn right and you are back at the pick up spot.
You more or less NEED to use a credit card, unless you make a deposit of sorts.
