AWFUL experience. We reservered a Uhaul Van a week in advanced for 24/7 pickup. Got to the location and the website says that we have to wait until the morning for pickup. We get on the phone with a rep who tells us THIS LOCATION FAILED to put the keys for our van in the lockbox. There are no other vans in the area, and the only options for immediate pickup there were a truck or box truck...which is not what we reserved or paid for. Unfortunately we had to opt for the box truck which is not what we planned for and completely messed up our plans. This was purely the fault of the people working at this location, for failing to prepare and put our keys in the lockbox when needed.

Went to go buy four boxes and there was only One person at the place. He sat and spoke to one customer for over 15 minutes and I politely asked if there was anyone else to help check us out ans he was like I’m the only one here. I understand that, but to keep two paying customers waiting as you are answering prospective questions for someone who isn’t going to pay isn’t really the best way to handle business. Lost a sale!
