STAY AWAY FROM RENTING AT THIS LOCATION/COMPANY: Horrible service. Our car wasn’t ready and waited over 2 hours for a car along with ten other customers. This location overbooked knowing no cars were available. Also, reps on the phone did not make us aware of the 500 deposit hold put on your card, if you don’t use a visa credit card. So we were forced to cancel our reservation and make a new one under the circumstances. Called customer service to inform them of the horrible service at this location. Customer service simply offered to cancel our reservation and showed no concern that this location overbooked knowing no cars where available. Don’t WASTE your time waiting for your rented car to be ready — stay away!

Terrible service. Don’t rely on your car to be ready on time. You are likely to wait up to 2 hours for your car. Also, don’t book via phone. The sales reps will not make you aware of the 500 deposit hold put on your card if you don’t use a visa credit card.

Picked up our rental at the airport. Service was quick and painless. Pick up was super easy. Vehicle was in excellent shape and handled very well for entirety of trip. Will definelty use again.

This guy could not be bothered that our family of 4 just wanted to get in the car and go visit family. Still sitting in the lobby because first we waited for a car that apparently didn’t exist and then they tried to trick us into a huge gas guzzling truck. Horrible to feel this helpless when you book ahead and then are treated like you don’t matter.
