My learning-disabled daughter was the target of some hostile and profoundly unprofessional behavior by the mental health staff recently. A family member I cannot name for obvious reasons was at SJRMC this weekend, and somebody phoned my daughter - again, learning-disabled, with no driving license, and currently recovering from surgery - to come pick this family member up. My daughter declined, letting them know she could not provide transportation or care. The staff member DEMANDED to know why. The lack of empathy displayed here is phenomenal. My daughter was in tears. I let her know that she did the right thing, that she needed to focus on her own recovery from surgery and her children's needs, and that involving herself with an addicted, abusive family member was not her responsibility, regardless of what anybody at the hospital told her.

I recently had an emergency weekend surgery performed at St Joseph’s. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with every staff member from the ER to the surgery team to the fantastic care team on the 3rd floor. Everyone was incredibly compassionate, kind and professional. A special Thank You to nurses Cheryl and Dariel who looked after me around the clock following the surgery, they are both terrific at what they do.

This review is specifically about my experience with the St. Joseph Regional Medical Center Family Beginnings unit. When we chose to deliver our firstborn at St. Joe’s we went in for our pre-admission and tour of the facility which was conducted by Rene - one of the most hospitable and kind people we interacted with! She took the time to answer each of our questions as well as show us around the labor and delivery unit and all of its features. We were being induced, and arrived in the evening after shift change. Each nurse we interacted with throughout the entire four days we were in the hospital was nothing short of amazing! I felt cared for, taken seriously, and knew my baby boy was in good hands in the nursery. My birth plan was honored, and I was able to birth and recover the way I wanted to. I cannot express how grateful we are for the compassion and kindness and care each nurse and staff member showed us throughout our time in the hospital. To be honest, it was difficult to leave! After leaving the hospital with a variety of postpartum care items for myself and plenty of baby care items we were advised to call labor and delivery if we had any questions. That gave us so much comfort as first-time parents knowing there was someone on the other end of the line 24/7 to help us. We have also had a few lactation consultation appointments to get breastfeeding down, which have been an excellent resource as well. A few of the nurses and staff who took care of us were; Janice, Karen, Abby, Kaylee, Kaylee, Tina, Lauren, Jo-Jo, Teri, and Kayla. They took such good care of us! We are grateful for our experience at St. Joe’s. Thank you nurses and staff!

Hi Dennis, we are a participating provider for Blue Cross Blue Shield. However, we encourage you to contact your insurance provider to ensure that you have benefits if you see a provider in our area.
I only know of the sister here
Could call the main number and ask to talk with patient billing department.
Director of surgery.
Not here. You will end up 10 times worse just by looking at their parking lot and dealing with the rude dark hair old lady at the valet parking. My suggestion is, take a vacation far away.
Within the city of Lewiston in a within a 5-10 minutes drive radius, there are hotels. Including a "Red Lion Hotel"
There's also Valley Medical, and Tri state in Clarkston.
Good luck buddy
