Very very dissatisfied. I spent nearly $100 on fish and one of the shrimp was damaged when I got home from being caught. Took it and the receipt to the store and the OWNER told me I had to bring a water sample before they could refund the fish! They have dead fish floating all over in there and they won't give a refund when something dies the same day! Absolutely will not be coming here ever again.

Was offered help by like 5 people immediately. And then respectfully left alone as I asked until I was ready to ask questions. Everyone was helpful without being pushy and one employee heard my neice talking about the tortoise they have in the back and was kind enough to bring him out to meet her and my daughter. You could tell he was amused and pleased by the interest they took in him. Great place!

I've seen them under $5, but buying from Bob's at a little higher price is worth the money. They are healthy, top bred, and guaranteed. The other stores in the area have a lesser quality. I've had no problems with Bob's but the other stores have been sketchy in health. I have had to sterilize my tank and ponds before after buying elsewhere.
Best to just go in there.
They carry a wide variety of small animals including: Ferrets, rabbits, guinea pigs, chinchillas, rats, mice, gerbils, and hamsters.
Finches, parakeets, cockatiels from what I saw today.
Unfortunately they do not carry any puppies as of now?
