Design was good. However, I ordered 30 sweatshirts that's were about $40 each and they all came in 3 sizes too big for everyone. (Adult xs was equivalent to adult medium). When I called with questions, they were very rude and unwilling to assist us in any way to get what we ordered. Will not be returning!

It depends on what we're printing but in most situations a good quality PDF file works just fine. We can work with whatever you have, however, from a sketch on a napkin to a high quality vectored file. We use the latest versions of Adobe Illustrator® and Photoshop® so we can open just about anything. For best results, we recommend your art be at least 300 pixels per inch at the size it will be printed, and if your file uses fonts that they are converted to paths/outlines.
