It was at the Lewiston location and......well..... I just wanted a Dirt cake blizzard and........ well...... they did not have the proper fixins to provide me with my coveted treat, so....it wasn't good, I sank into a deep dark depression, after the honey BBQ chicken strips were.......Old, kinda coagulated in the sauce. But in times like these one must learn to live without such luxury.

They get orders wrong a lot. And when you make them aware even if you try to be polite they are rude. When the order is right the 1 out of 5 times, it's good. When you have a bad attitude like these folks it already leaves a bad taste. Good luck in the future.

I love DQ, but the service has been slow af for months now. What's up with that? Pretzels and a blizzard and still had to park on the side and wait.

I am only giving 2 stars due to some of the food being pretty okay. Though, the packaging is fairly messy, cups are sticky, and sometimes just tastes bad. Though, what's making me write a review and actually take the time to review, is the doordash. I work for doordash and am really getting tired of DairyQueen not seeming to care much about that. Whenever I go in, I at least have to wait 10 minutes just for an ice cream or two. On a fairly slow night it seemed, I was waiting for over 20 minutes for my doordash order of one combo meal to be finished. Mind you, whenever there was someone who came in and ordered, they would get their food/ice cream almost immediately. It wasn't because they were busy, it's just because for some reason they really didn't want to make my dashs order. This then brings my ratings down since I was nearly 20 minutes late to a delivery, not because of something that was my fault. I truly think that if Dairy Queen can be fast enough to get through a drive through and all inside orders, they can hurry up a bit with doordash orders, and not give other people bad ratings due to their poor service
