I've been living in Magnolia Villas Apartments since 2006. I like it out here, because it's peaceful and quiet. The new staff members Claudia and Kevin are very nice and very helpful. Eric is a great maintenance man. He knows his craft very well and he's very prompt about fixing things.

The maintenance men, Eric and Kevin are both very kind and friendly. They have created a comfortable and open environment for my roommates and I. From the day we moved in, any major issues have been addressed in a timely manner and have been a great help. They are much appreciated!

Miss Claudia provided me and my family all necessary information we needed. She took the time not only to make sure we understand the move in process but to hear our needs. Claudia is awesome, I had a rental error. She answered all my questions quick and efficiently. She's always so polite when I come in even if it's 5 minutes to closing time. Maintenance great as well. The a/c was having malfunctions, Eric and Kevin was there quick and quickly resolved it.
