I have lived here since August of 2020. I have found both management and staff to be courteous, respectful, and timely in their approach towards fixing things. They are passionate about keeping us safe, which is greatly appreciated given the location in downtown Oakland. The building overall is in great condition, with modern appliances including in-apartment washers & dryers. The rooftop has a lovely view of the city, and we even have an in-building gym. I think we are very fortunate here at 777, and cannot thank the staff and management for all that they do for us!

Horrible management, mediocre staff. I moved in like 2 months ago and I haven't had hot water since. I have made multiple multiple complaints and nothing has been fixed. Why should I have to beg for hot water in an apartment I've paid for?

I recently moved into 777 and could not have asked for a better experience. I work for another management company but wanted to make sure I found a space that would make it possible to disconnect from work and feel like home. The staff, Erianna and Jay, made sure that happened. From the moment of my first tour, I felt welcomed. They were patient with me through my endless changes in move in dates and various questions. The property speaks for itself (gorgeous and beautiful amenities) but the staff is truly the A-team. I have been living here for close to a month and I could not be happier to call 777 home.
