My husband and I went to this property today in hopes of getting information and inquiring about renting a unit. The sign out front specifically said that the office was open however the way that the building is set up in the front, the door was locked and two people that were residents opened the door for us, upon their exit from the building. I saw one person who looked like he worked there, however once we went inside he was nowhere to be found. My husband found one of the business cards and we called the number and the guy answered the phone (I believe his name was Kendrea or something), with the tone as if he was being disturbed. I asked him if the leasing office was open and said that we didn’t see anyone inside and he says, “Uh yes it’s open, but I’m on my lunch break.” How is that MY problem? Not very professional in my opinion. For one, since when did a leasing office only have one person? If that’s the case, there should have been a sign on the door saying out to lunch or back at whatever time. Instead, this place left people to wander and not find somebody who works there to answer their questions as we saw another couple looking for a staff member as well. I guess that’s enough to let us know this is a place we should NOT consider for a future home. First impressions last always and we were not impressed AT ALL. If it is this difficult to get a working member to provide assistance, I would not want to see what the residents have to go through when they have an issue that needs to be addressed. So I can honestly say I would not recommend this place.

This apartment complex and company literally defraud me for $6K. Honestly after seeing this and how they treat current and former tenants I'm WARNING YOU NOT TO LIVE HERE!!!!!! Read the other reviews as well all the reviews are true in my experience. If you want to live in luxury this isn't the place. Doors that don't lock and robberies/ thefts everyday inside and outside the building. All of the units are cheap and built to break.

I have lived here for a year and it has been a very unpleasant experience, illegal towing, customer service at a turtle speed, discrimination against Asian, noisy air circulation, noisy low-income parties throughout the weekends, and marijuana smell. The security guard is rude. She tried to tow my car in an illegal way and I had to call the police to stop her. Meanwhile, there are street kids that break into residents' cars; there are people smoking marijuana; and they never address those. In the weekends, there are hundreds of low-income folks dancing all day and night. These people come from the homeless hub just 0.3 mile from the apartment ... Residents can barely find a parking spot, let alone enjoying the view or a peaceful moment by the water. Then the rude security guard came in to tow residents' cars. You don't get what you pay for. That's why a lot of us are leaving even if the apartment is offering 5-month free to us. The air circulation is so noisy at night that you can barely fall into sleep, which severely affects productivity at work. A lot of us living here are CPAs, doctors, engineers, and lawyers. We reported these issues to the developer and the management company. They only gave you a call acknowledging your message but that's it, nothing ever get solved and no follow-up.
