I’m currently living in the domain, and I love it, the floor plans are really cool, and my apartment is gorgeous, the amenities are great, and the equipment is high quality. The Bart is just two blocks, so it took me just 20 min to go to UC Berkeley.

Scheduled an appointment to see a 1B 1Ba unit. RaLonda greeted me right away and got right into the units. She was very polite and professional throughout the whole tour and a week later when she followed up with me to check back in. (I had asked her to follow up a week later from my scheduled tour because I was viewing other apartment complexes) RaLonda showed me 3 different units all in the price range I listed. Amenities were shown first, areas were clean and spacious. There’s a gym, mail room, working area, club room and lounge. The units were very nice, I got to see an Urban Layout and a normal 1 B. I highly recommend seeing the Urban Layout in person it looks a lot better than online pictures. After the tour concluded, she answered all of my questions, gave me all the info/paperwork needed to leave and follow up and was very accommodating when I wanted to see another unit last minute. The only downside, there isn’t parking available you’d have to join a waitlist, in my case I didn’t want to do that. I also wanted a patio which wasn’t available. But the tour itself was great, really well managed, professional and inviting! The apartment itself had a really fun, diverse and bright vibe to it! RaLonda also communicated very well from the beginning of my interest in The Domain until the next week, following up with a call and voicemail. All in person tours should be as great as this one!

Terrible service from management, fire alarms go off at all hours of the night, the package storage doors occasionally don't lock so your packages get "lost" or stolen frequently, broken bikes in the gym that they dont fix, and elevators that go out of service on a regular basis so you have to walk your way up the ramp to leave the garage. That's definitely an ADA violation. The maintenance folks are really nice though, they do the best they can, but this building is otherwise torturous to live in.

My family has lived here for a few years enjoying the walkability of downtown and quick freeway access. They've always had events in the residential lounge free of charge until management recently added a fee.🙁 I'm assuming the fee was added because the lounge was recently updated. Not really clear on that but I must admit it looks very nice and was perfect for our event. I added a few pictures so you all can see the changes and how spacious it is. Along with the stove, refrigerator, and sink, their is a microwave inside of the peninsula for everyones convenience. Disclaimer: 90's themed decorations not included.

If you stay in the D wing on the first floor go talk to security because she knows how to turn it off 😊
Unfortunately idk, I was just visiting a friend . Sorry .
