Very pleasant experience. Fletch was very informative and not high pressure. I felt like a got a good deal and they were able to deliver it in my time frame which was a huge plus. Fletch even was on the delivery and they did a great job. They also patiently explained the operation of the safe and when I had a question and called them they were there for an immediate answer. Highly recommended!

The man working there was very nice. We told him we are in the market for a safe but not planning to purchase at the moment. He still took the time to walk us through the models and explain the difference between them. If we were ready to purchase I would buy from them. If you are looking for safes I would make the stop here.

Bought a safe from the salesman Gary. Gary says that he checked with their delivery guy Dave and that Dave would deliver to Marana AZ for $100. The delivery charge supported - actually made - the deal so I bought the safe. Several days later Dave called to set up the delivery. Speaking with Dave and confirming the delivery charge, Dave said no, that was not the deal. Delivery would be $100 over and above the normal delivery fee which if I recall correctly, was $250. Long story short Gary LIED when questioned about the handling. He was adamant that he said delivery would be $100 over normal charges. I tried to work with Ray Crosby (CEO) to remedy the deal and initially it seemed like it was going to work out. Then he failed to call when he promised and the deal seemed to fade. Rather than fight an uphill battle I canceled the order informing Ray that I just could not do business with them. I currently have a Champion safe and like it but given their lying and lack of ethics I cannot recommend them.

This is the place to buy a safe! Very knowledgeable and he took the time to explain about everything we asked. He spent a good hour with us. We didn't purchase that day but got a good attitude and we came back at a later to buy. Great quality for a great price! Just called to see if we could get touch up paint for a tiny nick we put in it and they actually offered to come out to fix it. Not needed for that small thing but they stand behind the product they sell 100%! Couldn't ask for better!
