No, they don't offer ID/License services. You can to go to 43rd Ave and Glendale G G & D Motor Services (that's where PLS sent me a couple weeks ago!)
No they don't do ID or licenses anymore you have to go to a 3 party like GG&D
No you have to go to the dumb for the actual transfer to be valid
